We've spent the first few lessons of this term reviewing work you did with Mr Altaf at the end of last term. Make sure you can calculate distance, time, speed and acceleration using the two equations we've met, and that you understand the meaning of the slopes of distance and velocity time graphs, and the area under a velocity-time graph.

C1b Chemistry Section 7 - The Changing Earth

Since starting Chemistry we have covered the structure of the Earth, the theory of Plate Tectonics and the issues which led to it only being accepted 50 years after it was proposed, the composition of the early atmosphere, how it changed over billions of years and how the carbon cycle explains current fears about global climate change.
